Kharon is run using the command line. The basic syntax is kharon [OPTION] <INPUT-FILE>. Input file is not mandatory: If the name of the input file is not provided, the default value of "Kharon.inp" is used. Additional parameters may be given as
-omp N set the number of OpenMP threads. If this option is not used,
N is set to the number of cores in the machine.
