Serpent distribution and updates

General information on Serpent distribution is found at the Serpent website:

The current base version is 2.2.0 and the most recent update 2.2.1. Older versions (Serpent 1 / Serpent 2.1.X) are no longer supported.
The NEA distribution is using gitlab for both the base version and updates. RSICC distributes version 2.2.1, so no update is currently needed. Commercial and Academic group license ("Professor license") users receive their updates directly from the developers (if you don't have the most recent update, please contact the Serpent team).
