I think this is a question for the NEA Data Bank. Perhaps I mean this question to then be informational: only a sub-set of countries have access to the NEA data bank gitlab, and thus the serpent models. I have access to the handbook. Anyone out there have an alternative pathway to obtain the ...

Are the models available for people from countries who are not part of the data bank (https://www.oecd-nea.org/jcms/rni_6530/ ... -workspace)? E.g., I was not allowed access to that gitlab link being from the US.
